Jacob Deng Bol Deng is from South Sudan and a Mastercard Foundation Scholar studying Agricultural Science in Costa Rica. He is the founder of Education Needs All (ENA), co-founder and the president of the SUGI (Standing Up for Global Issues) Youth Network. He is dedicated to advocating for refugees and promoting sustainability. His journey is driven by a deep commitment to ending suffering and enhancing the quality of life for his community and beyond.

Witnessing the scarcity of competent leaders capable of managing complex projects in his community and beyond, He felt compelled to take action to raise the next generation of effective African leaders. This realization ignited his passion for self-development and inspired him to contribute to the sustainable development of his society. His goal is to become a catalyst for positive change, empowering others, and building a brighter and more resilient future for all.
