Hawi Odhiambo is an aspiring sustainability consultant—a senior undergraduate attending Lake Forest College in Chicago, Illinois. Hawi is double majoring in Economics and International Relations, with a minor in Chinese. Hawi, together with Audrey and David, co-founded Movate Africa, an initiative that brings education to the doorstep of marginalised 15 – 19-year-old youths in Lagos, Nigeria, with the hopes of expounding to other African cities soon. Hawi hopes to work at the intersection of finance, agriculture, and development to restructure investment to match sustainable ideals within the East African Community.
