Harry Murungi, an Information Systems and Technology graduand from Makerere University Kampala, is driven by a passion for leveraging technology and entrepreneurship to create positive change. As a co-founder of Valley Hill Foods Uganda, Harry has already begun realizing this vision. Valley Hill foods is a social venture that focuses on promoting sustainable consumption and production of high-quality maize products for farmers in Eastern Uganda where almost 99% of farmers in the region grow maize.

Harry has always been passionate about the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship, marveling at the almost limitless potential the two fields have to positively impact communities all over the world. Looking ahead, he aims to use his skills in technology and passion for entrepreneurship skills to continue driving positive impact in his community.
