BIO

Greta is currently a medical student, class of 2019, at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She spent two years prior to medical school working in the Philippines on projects that aimed to provide health care access to under-resourced, rural communities, including a community organizing program for marginalized patients with X-linked dystonia Parkinsons (XDP). The Resolution Fellowship was integral in allowing her to explore her interests in global health and health equity, connecting her with innovators and experts in the field, as well as students and long-time physicians in medicine. Throughout college, she was a member of The Jackfruit Company (formerly known as Global Village Fruits) team, as well as various organizations in public service, such as Health Leads and the Summit, a youth empowerment summer camp in Arizona. She graduated from Harvard College in 2013 with a degree in the History of Science and a minor in Neurobiology.
