Gloria is a Makerere University Uganda graduate in Library and Information Sciences. On the Plastoils team, she is in charge of monitoring, evaluating, public relations and information management. Because it introduced her to the world of service delivery for the benefit of communities, her education experience has served as the cornerstone of all her ambitions. She has been inspired to support initiatives and improvements that should change the society by the drive for social involvement towards community growth and change. She appreciates honesty, kindness and vision.
