Fikoue Fabiola Dariska is a final-year Business Administration student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, specializing in Banking and Finance.She is the Founder of Nutricrunch, a social venture that provides a market for cassava farmers in Mfou by purchasing their surplus cassava and transforming it into nutritious chips, while also creating employment opportunities for vulnerable women and youth in Yaounde, Cameroon. As a student entrepreneur, Fabiola is dedicated to developing practical, community-driven solutions that address local challenges and uplift underserved populations. Through Nutricrunch, she aims to contribute to sustainable development and inclusive economic growth across Africa.
