Ewura Ama Jenkins is an accomplished lawyer with over six years of experience in the non-profit sector. She is the founder of a Non-Profit Organisation called  Reformation Community, where she focuses on developing sustainable business models, ensuring good corporate governance, and driving scalability for organisational growth.
Under her leadership, Reformation Community has successfully launched the Booksville Mobile Library Project in numerous schools across Ghana, with plans to expand to every region by 2027. Additionally, she spearheads the Booksville University Chapter, which aims to train young adults in problem-solving. Ewura is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Ghanaians to become problem solvers and significant contributors to sustainable development. She leverages her expertise to educate youth on maximizing their potential and achieving success in various fields.
Ewura’s professional background spans climate, education management, marketing, and law. Her diverse experience includes roles as a legal advisor, market researcher, sustainability researcher, and project coordinator.She currently serves as the Regional Partnerships Lead at Afro Park, where she builds and manages strategic relationships, oversees partnership projects and drives growth and innovation.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ewura enjoys blogging, reading, and traveling.
