Kouétcha Esaïe KOMBETTO is a Senior Technician in Renewable Energy and Energy Systems from the University of Abomey-Calavi and a Certified Building Electrician. He co-founded AgroDream Solution TCM, a social venture based in Natitingou, Benin, that transforms biodegradable agricultural wastes, particularly cotton stalks, into green charcoal, providing a sustainable alternative to traditional cooking fuels and combating deforestation. He is a Baobab Platform Ambassador, actively engaged in youth empowerment. In 2022-2023, he served as Mastercard Foundation Scholars’ Representative and Coordinator of Giving Back Activities, leading impactful initiatives within his community. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and developing sustainable solutions to achieve energy autonomy in his home country, Benin, while addressing climate change challenges. Esaïe is dedicated to creating solutions that drive both social and environmental change. His venture aims to build a self-sufficient community in terms of cooking energy with environmentally-friendly and sustainable processes.
