Emily Spence is a graduate of the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC), where she studied Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She is the founder of ThinkBright Mini-Society, a social enterprise that helps children develop financial literacy, entrepreneurship, reading, and critical thinking skills through hands-on, simulation-based learning experiences.

Through ThinkBright, Emily aims to equip children with practical life skills that are often overlooked in traditional education, empowering them to make informed decisions and build brighter futures. The venture combines real-world role play, interactive activities, and community partnerships to create engaging learning opportunities for young people in Jamaica.

Emily currently works as a Sales Representative in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry while continuing to develop ThinkBright Mini-Society. As a single mother, entrepreneur, and advocate for youth development, she is passionate about creating innovative solutions that address educational and financial literacy gaps within Jamaican communities.
