Dorcas Babet Kwofie is a CAMFED Ghana Mastercard Foundation scholar who graduated recently with a degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Cape Coast. She is a Ghanaian entrepreneur who is passionate about volunteerism, technology, rural and youth development, and agriculture. She loves sharing her knowledge in these areas to change and empower lives as well as build future leaders.
Babet is the founder of Impart Foundation, a social enterprise that seeks to improve the lives of young people and women through technology, education, and entrepreneurship.
She is the founder of Babet Agro Enterprise which is into the processing of cereals into finished and semi-finished foods.
Babet is a past president of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars at CAMFED Ghana and doubled as the chairperson at the University of Cape Coast where she also served on the Mastercard Foundation events and strategy sub-committee. Babet is a 2019 Milead Fellow.
