Devrim Tiryaki is a student at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque majoring in Economics andPolitical Science. He is the President of the World Affairs Delegation, the Model United Nations organization at his university, as well as a founding member and the Treasurer of the Generation UnitedNations student organization, a group that engages in community outreach to promote United Nations goals. Devrim comes from a Turkish family, and has worked with refugee families in the past, hence his interest in working with the Resolution Project on a venture to empower refugee children. After graduation, Devrim is looking to attend law school, with the goal of ultimately pursuing a career in either international law or politics. As an avid soccer fan, Devrim enjoys playing for recreational teams in his spare time, as well as skate boarding and hiking.
