De’Andre is a senior at State College of Florida. Through his passion for his community, he developed a social venture for youth called “Project-Generation.” The venture is a youth-operated organization that specializes in a diverse range of youth-services & job placement opportunities. His purpose for establishing the organization was to educate and prepare young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds to enter and excel in the workforce, providing these individuals an equal opportunity for success.
