David Kema is a Resolution Fellow Council member, entrepreneur, and Rutgers Business School graduate with dual degrees in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. Driven by the intersection of technology, analytics, and economic equity, David is the co-founder of Synrgy Venture, a career accelerator platform recognized by the Rutgers Social Innovation Challenge, and Zoner, an early-stage real estate intelligence platform designed to help buyers make informed housing decisions through transparent data. A transfer student and former NCAA student-athlete, David competed in Division I Track & Field at Manhattan University before playing basketball at Rutgers–Newark, where he was named to the 2025 RU-N All-Academic Team. A five-time Dean’s List honoree, Fiserv Scholar, Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society inductee, Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program Scholar, and Resolution Fellow, David has built experience across logistics, product strategy, AI, and operations through roles with Wayfair, Rutgers research initiatives, and has facilitated social justice and civic engagement workshops with The Gem Project in Newark. Starting in Fall 2026, he is pursuing an M.Sc. in Business Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at the University of Lancashire in Preston, England. Passionate about scalable innovation, cultural preservation, and long-term business ownership, David aims to build high-impact ventures that foster economic opportunity across both the United States and West Africa.
