Cassandra attends Southwestern Adventist University to earn her BBA in Accounting. She is working on Color Palette with Keila Cabrera, the founder of Color Palette. Color Palette is a business that was created to bring community and therapeutic art to individuals who don’t have enough access to supportive mental health communities, such as college students, nursing home patients, and hospital patients. The idea came from running art activities and seeing the real benefits that working with art had on stressed students’ mental health. During the semester, Cassandra works as a tutor for all business subjects for the Tutoring Department and Office of Student Success. Once she finishes getting her bachelor’s, she plans on getting her master’s in accounting.
