Camila is a social innovator, sustainability leader, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of social impact, sustainable supply chains, and purpose-driven ventures. She is co-founder and co-director of START Americas Together, a nonprofit organization she has led since 2013 to mobilize people, talent, and resources toward social impact across Latin America focused in Bolivia.

Through START, Camila designs and leads social innovation initiatives that turn community needs into practical, participatory solutions and has involved more than 500 volunteers dedicating 10,000+ hours of volunteering int he past decade. Her work has included WarmiFlow, a social venture combining community services, mentorship, and economic opportunity, for women and Club Yunta, a children-focused community program that evolved from the H2O Project, one of her first social ventures which got her selected for the Resoution Project back in 2015. She has also developed Café Bondad, a purpose-driven social venture created to generate sustainable income that can be reinvested into START’s social impact work. Café Bondad reflects her belief that social impact can be embedded into everyday experiences while creating new ways for people to participate in and contribute to positive change.

Alongside her entrepreneurial and nonprofit work, Camila brings more than eight years of experience in sustainable supply chains and corporate sustainability. She currently serves as Regional Sustainability Manager at ECOM Agroindustrial, working across cocoa and coffee supply chains in Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico. Her work connects the realities and challenges of agricultural origins with the sustainability goals and expectations of international companies and brands, translating complex supply chain challenges into systems, programs, and partnerships that can generate measurable impact.

Across her work, Camila focuses on the intersection of people, systems, and purpose. She is particularly interested in designing ventures, communities, and platforms that bring together individuals, organizations, and resources that would otherwise remain disconnected, and turning those connections into opportunities for sustainable and systemic change.

She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris and was a 2025 Mercure Award recipient. She is based in Mexico City and continues to work across Latin America.
