Bernard Botchway





Bernard is a junior at Colby- Sawyer College. He was born in Ghana and is a product of Galaxy International School. He moved to the United States in 2011 to pursue his college degree. Amidst rigorous academic work and other campus engagements, Bernard was able to channel his interest in sustainable development by co- founding the creation of a sustainability company known as Kwyshe®. Bernard is a strong believer in Bernard is passionate about finding African solutions for African problems, and this earned him the position as Political Chair of Colby- Sawyer African Students Association. He believes that when Africans start making their own technology a giant blow will be struck against poverty. At Colby- Sawyer College Bernard is majoring in History and Political Science with a minor a Legal Studies and psychology. He hopes would enable him attain the skills for his future involvement with Ghanaian national and continental African governance.
