Barsha is a rising sophomore pursuing Business Management at Springfield College, MA.

She comes from the beautiful mountainous country Nepal and has previously served as the Team Leader of Outgoing Global exchange at AIESEC Nepal and worked with GPYL (Global Peace Young leaders). She is also a part of YMCA and Honors Council at her college. Currently, she is interning at Big Y. 

She thrives to impact and bring a change in the society involving herself in numerous social activities and working towards women empowerment and SDGs. She is a learner and explorer. Poems, arts and walking around streets in the moonlight are what she loves the most.
