Ana Cecilia Ccamsaya Araujo is an International Relations student at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Lima, Peru. She is the co-founder of Hidro, a hybrid AgTech social venture that combines modular hydroponic systems with a digital “farmer app” to help low-income urban families produce food and generate income.

Ana currently works as an ESG Intern, where she supports sustainability reporting and analyzes environmental, social, and governance data for corporate clients. Her experience also includes roles in international project coordination, public relations, and global research initiatives.

Beyond her professional work, Ana has led large-scale international conferences and Model United Nations programs, strengthening her expertise in stakeholder coordination and sustainable development. She is passionate about bridging environmental innovation and social equity, focusing on empowering communities through accessible, technology-driven solutions that promote long-term resilience and self-sufficiency.
