Akshat K. Mardikar is pursuing a degree in Mechatronics Engineering at NMIMS – MPSTME, Mumbai. Guided by his belief in “death to apathy,” Akshat is passionate about using innovation and technology to address critical societal challenges. He is the Co-founder of Resonate, a social venture focused on the early detection of hearing loss through school screenings and online training programs, aiming to build a sustainable ecosystem of awareness, access, and empowerment for the DHH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) community.

Alongside his technical pursuits that lie at the intersection of robotics and AI, Akshat has a deep interest in management, policy, and geopolitics. He has served as the General Secretary of MUN Society MPSTME and Mumbai MUN, leading one of the largest student committees at his university. Akshat’s work is driven by the belief that meaningful change begins where indifference ends.
