Marcus earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he received the Daniel A. Furlong Award for Outstanding Service and Leadership along with the ABA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor & Employment Law. Marcus currently serves as a member of the Board of Advisors to the Center for Labor & Employment Law. He was also Vice President of the Evening Students’ Association and served on the Executive Board of the Asian Pacific American Law Students’ Association. Marcus completed his undergraduate studies at St. John’s University, where he graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in English. He was also an Outstanding Student Achievement Award Medalist.
