Kelsey serves as Vice President of Impact at Second Horizon Capital, an impact investment real estate company that partners with communities to reimagine large-scale, underutilized commercial properties into vibrant destinations and local economic engines. Previously, Kelsey gained experience across digital and social media, partnerships, and events working with a variety of clients and partners from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies at the nexus of the public, private, and social sectors.

Kelsey currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Resolution Project, oversees Resolution Events (which she launched as a volunteer in 2009), is President of Net Impact New York City, and is an Advisor to Lensational, a Resolution venture and nonprofit that empowers women through photography. As a Pacific Northwest native, she also enjoys sailing, hiking, and her morning coffee. Kelsey now remains actively involved as an Honorary Advisor to the Board (emeritus status).
