Joe enjoys helping organizations grow and drive positive change, and he brings over a decade of private sector investment experience to his role as a Resolution Guide.  Prior to his current role leading business development at behavioral health care company GainLife, Inc., Joe co-founded an educational venture focused on promoting youth entrepreneurship.  From 2006-2014, Joe was on the investment team at Highfields Capital, where he managed a portfolio of investments in the technology sector.  Joe began his career at Sankaty Advisors, Bain Capital’s fixed income affiliate, where from 2003-2006 he helped execute investments in the automotive, telecom, technology and industrial sectors.  Joe graduated from Yale University in 2003 and has volunteered with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mass Bay, Excel Academy Charter School and Citizens Schools.
