Sabrina Mirtcheva serves as a thought leader in the field of Natural Language Processing & Artificial Intelligence at the European Space Agency (ESA). Applying her skills in data analytics and machine learning, Sabrina works with engineers, researchers, and domain experts to design and deploy strategic solutions within the Directorate of Technology, Engineering & Quality. Her work aims to boost internal expertise in the rapidly evolving field of AI, in addition to facilitating ESA’s knowledge management activities.

Prior to this, Sabrina worked at BNP Paribas and Moody’s Corporation in NYC on a variety of business transformation initiatives that improved the operating efficiency and effectiveness of the organizations. Sabrina volunteered on the Corporate Social Responsibility Council of her previous employers, and actively participates in professional networking groups. She has lived in four countries and traveled to more than forty countries across four continents.

Sabrina graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Economics and minor in Statistics. She also holds a Master in Big Data & Business Analytics from IE (Instituto de Empresa).
