This innovative venture is helping the population of a small village of the Middle Atlas to improve their conditions of life. This will be accomplished by empowering women through the construction of a women-run bathhouse ‘hammam’ to improve access to bathing, while also creating economic and social options for women beyond their own households.
Resolution Fellows Liana Rosenman, Kristina Saffran and Ashley Tritt will create Project HEAL: Family Network, a network of supportive meetings, moderated by professional psychologists, for the families of young women suffering from eating disorders.
