BIO

Yeshwant is currently a sophomore at The George Washington University majoring in economics and biology in the 7 Year BA/MD Program. As a runner for over 5 years, he started Project Dream Miles to use running and technology to support local nonprofits making a tangible impact in the community. Aside from working on Project Dream Miles, Yesh is an undergraduate research at the GW School of Medicine, studying embryonic developmental and a volunteer EMT in Prince George’s County, MD. During the summer of 2015, Yesh was awarded the Fulbright UK Summer Institute scholarship to study preventative medicine and exercise at the University of Exeter. In his free time, he is a mentor for the Compass Fellowship, a social entrepreneurship-training program that teaches college freshman the skills needed to launch a social venture. In his free time, Yesh loves to run, bike, and read, and he completed his first marathon in the fall of 2015.
